Shmulik Ravid Ltd. is a strategic, organizational and personal consulting firm that integrates the three consulting circles in order to provide a complete solution from a systemic perspective to the customer. We believe that it is this combination of consulting strengths that enable the company to build a winning strategic approach to align organizational infrastructures, providing personal guidance to managers in leading the change and achieving business results.

Shmulik Ravid

I built the path of my life in small steps - from Kiryat Hayim in the West Bank, a workers' town, an idealistic home, strong values ​​of human love, love of the land, and hard work and faith in success to combat service in the IDF's Nahal Unit, Hebrew University and a new life.

I first started to use counseling methods in my role as an Israeli Air Force (IAF) organizational consultant. I worked for a number of years in the Ramon base in the Negev and the Tel Nof base. Then for six years I headed the IAF's advisory system, a role that combined management of the entire counseling system with personal counseling for the commanders of the air force and the entire army. It was at this point in my work that I began to understand that consulting must be comprehensive, systemic, multidisciplinary and comprehensive. In this spirit, I founded Shmulik Ravid Ltd.

I bring to the company my vast knowledge and extensive experience in strategic, organizational and personal consulting to the various organizational levels. I have experience with all levels of workers, senior management and boards of directors as well as familiarity with all aspects of the economy.
